We are seeking a dynamic and organized HR Executive to join our team and support our people operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
• Assist in implementing company policies, rules, and regulations.
• Oversee attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
• Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
• Address employee queries and help resolve workplace issues.
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
• Assist in training and development programs for staff.
• Coordinate with departments for manpower planning.
• Organize staff welfare activities and employee recognition programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or service industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Fluent in Hindi and English.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
