HR Executive

Position: HR Intern
Location: Kalinga Nagar, Bhubaneswar
Duration: 2 to 3 Months (Full-time Internship)
Qualification: MBA in Human Resources (Pursuing or Recently Completed)

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team at Carrybell, Kalinga Nagar, Bhubaneswar. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, allowing the candidate to develop practical skills in a dynamic and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Support onboarding and documentation of new employees
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Help organize training and employee engagement activities
• Assist in drafting HR letters, memos, and notices
• Support the HR team in daily administrative tasks
• Participate in audits and compliance-related activities
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned

Eligibility Criteria:

• MBA in Human Resources (pursuing or completed recently)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Must be available to work from the office in Kalinga Nagar, Bhubaneswar
