Role Overview

We are looking for a Computer Technician to provide technical support and maintain the company’s IT systems. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage installations, and ensure smooth day-to-day technical operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and related equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking problems.
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks.
• Provide technical support to staff for IT-related issues.
• Maintain IT inventory, including computers, printers, and networking devices.
• Coordinate with external vendors for hardware/software repairs and upgrades.
• Ensure smooth functioning of office IT infrastructure.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Computer Technician or IT Support.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking basics.
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge are also encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on skills & experience).
• Full-time, on-site role in Bhubaneswar.
