Job Description

Role Overview: As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, managing the entire employee lifecycle, and handling employee relations & compensation. Your role will involve developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the organization's business goals, attracting and integrating new employees, overseeing performance appraisal systems, coordinating training programs, maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with laws and policies, and fostering a positive work environment.
