HR Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive with 0–1 year of experience to support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, possess strong communication skills, and be capable of handling multiple HR tasks with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and ensure accuracy of documentation.Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.Assist in managing attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination. Help implement HR policies and procedures across the organization.Handle employee queries related to HR processes, policies, and benefits. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.Prepare HR-related reports, letters, and documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, etc.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR standards. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of HR concepts, recruitment processes, and basic labor laws (preferred).Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong organizational skills.
