Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Executive to join our team in Sector 18, Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in human resources.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and conducting initial screenings.
Develop and implement effective employee onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
Handle employee queries and grievances professionally and promptly.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data and performance metrics.
Coordinate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, talent management, and benefits administration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
Proficient in using HR software and systems, including applicant tracking systems and performance management tools.
Ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Qualification: M.B.A/PGDM.
Skills: Recruitment expertise, HR policies knowledge, communication, organizational skills.
