Job Description

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
Draft and post job descriptions.
Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with department heads.
Handle offer letters, onboarding, and induction.

2. Employee Engagement

Plan and organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team-building events.
Conduct employee feedback initiatives and assist in culture development.
Support grievance handling and employee communication.

Performance Appraisal

Implementation of performance appraisal processes.
Coordinate with department heads to collect performance data and review forms.
Maintain appraisal records and ensure timely completion of evaluations.
Support in preparing appraisal reports and increment letters.

4. Leave, Attendance & Payroll Support

Maintain daily attendance records and update HRMIS/Excel sheets.
Track leave balances, approvals, and ensure accurate leave management.
Prepare monthly attendance sheets for payroll processing.
Preparing the monthly salary sheet (CTC breakup, deductions, overtime, etc.)
Coordinate with accounts/finance for salary disbursement.

5. HR Operations

Maintain employee files, documents, and HR databases.
Handle joining and exit formalities.
Support policy implementation and compliance
