Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Executive to join our team in Bharuch. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in human resource management, preferably with an MBA or PGDM degree.

Roles and Responsibility

Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection processes comply with employment laws and regulations.
Manage the boarding and new hire process for seamless onboarding experiences.
Source candidates using various search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Foster a positive working environment by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments for staffing plans, hiring, salary negotiations, and joining activities.

Job Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, and able to create technical spreadsheets.
Experience with full-cycle recruiting, utilizing various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and manage relationships at all levels.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases, with the ability to architect strategy and lead effectively.
Ability to perform reference checks as needed and facilitate the offer process by extending offers and negotiating terms.
Strong understanding of HR metrics and compliance documentation.
Qualification: M.B.A/PGDM.
