Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR Executive to join our team in Sector-54, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage the initial HR round, screening, and shortlisting candidates for further interviews.
  • Recruit manpower according to business requirements.
  • Handle recruitment leaving formalities and payroll management.
  • Coordinate walk-in interviews and other recruitment processes.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee data and recruitment metrics.
Job Requirements
  • MBA/PGDM degree from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
  • Possess strong knowledge of HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
