Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR Executive to join our team in Sector-54, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the initial HR round, screening, and shortlisting candidates for further interviews.
Recruit manpower according to business requirements.
Handle recruitment leaving formalities and payroll management.
Coordinate walk-in interviews and other recruitment processes.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Maintain accurate records of employee data and recruitment metrics.

Job Requirements

MBA/PGDM degree from a recognized institution.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
Possess strong knowledge of HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines is essential.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
