Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR Executive to join our team in Naya Ganj, Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in Human Resource Management and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage end-to-end IT and non-IT recruitment and selection processes.
Coordinate with internal hiring managers to determine hiring needs and create job descriptions.
Source potential candidates from various channels like job portals, social networking sites, institutes, and referrals.
Screen and shortlist candidates in preliminary rounds.
Prepare and distribute interview assignments and tests.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers and negotiate salaries.
Perform reference and background checks.
Handle the onboarding process and draft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate hiring, developing own network of suitable candidates.
Coordinate and support employee engagement activities, drafting EDMS/Communication for birthdays and work anniversaries, and maintaining related data.
Ensure timely payments to vendors and coordinate office tasks and functions to ensure smooth operations, including maintaining office supplies and scheduling meetings and appointments.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (B.B.A or M.B.A/PGDM).
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR/Recruitment/Administration/IR/Training & Development/Operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
