Hr Executive And Generalist

Role & responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting, sourcing, and screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
• Source potential candidates using various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, etc.).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics to ensure hiring efficiency.
• Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
  

2. HR Operations

• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation in line with company policies.
• Assist in payroll coordination by ensuring accurate data input (attendance, leaves, new joiners, exits, etc.).
• Manage employee life cycle processes onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
• Support policy implementation and compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operational workflows.
  

3. HR Shared Services (HRSS)

• Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in HR databases and HRIS systems.
• Prepare, update, and validate HR reports, dashboards, and analytics as required by management.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and data protection standards.
• Support automation initiatives, data audits, and process improvements within HRSS.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless flow of HR information and documentation.
  

4. Employee Engagement & Support

• Support engagement initiatives, internal communications, and employee welfare activities.
• Conduct surveys and collect feedback to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
• Assist in the implementation of HR best practices and company culture initiatives.
