Role & responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting, sourcing, and screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation. Source potential candidates using various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, etc.). Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective hiring strategies. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics to ensure hiring efficiency. Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires. 2. HR Operations Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation in line with company policies. Assist in payroll coordination by ensuring accurate data input (attendance, leaves, new joiners, exits, etc.). Manage employee life cycle processes onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities. Support policy implementation and compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.). Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operational workflows. 3. HR Shared Services (HRSS) Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in HR databases and HRIS systems. Prepare, update, and validate HR reports, dashboards, and analytics as required by management. Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and data protection standards. Support automation initiatives, data audits, and process improvements within HRSS. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless flow of HR information and documentation. 4. Employee Engagement & Support Support engagement initiatives, internal communications, and employee welfare activities. Conduct surveys and collect feedback to enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Assist in the implementation of HR best practices and company culture initiatives.
