Ensure a positive assessment:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
Provide recommendations to hiring managers based on assessments.

Data Management:

Generate reports on recruitment metrics (time to hire, source of hire, etc.).

Employer Branding:

Promote the organizations culture and values to attract top talent.
Participate in job fairs and networking events to enhance employer visibility.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics.
Communicate effectively with candidates, providing feedback and status updates.
