Role Overview: As a Strategic HR Leader at Beiersdorf India, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business strategy. You will act as a strategic partner to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations on HR-related issues. Your role will involve various aspects of HR management, including talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards, performance management, compliance, and more. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business strategy - Act as a strategic partner to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations on HR-related issues - Develop Manpower Plans in line with Annual Business Planning - Conceptualize employer branding strategies to position Beiersdorf India as a great place to work - Design and drive the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices - Lead Potential Identification, Talent Review, and Succession Planning cycles - Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs - Anchor the performance management process - Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations - Develop, update, and enforce company HR policies in alignment with labor regulations Qualifications Required: - Masters Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive HR experience - Experience in HR functions like Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Leadership Development, and more - Good understanding of and experience in Org Culture and employee experience - Experience in working with global and diverse teams is preferred Company Details: At Beiersdorf, the commitment goes beyond caring for skin.
