Job Description

Your Tasks Partner with S&CM Head and develop strategy for GT channel & ensure effective implementation Use channel-based shopper & customer marketing insights & provide trade understanding for marketing to make effective trade plans. Enable achievement of channel sales targets through seamless planning along with RSMS Manage budgets for the channels & promotion activities & regularly undertake promo evaluation for various key activities Plan and build prospective sales growth channels through various engagement programs. Support in building strong shopper marketing principles and practice in the team Lead the team to effectively drive the S&CM agenda for the channel Developing deep understanding of channel requirements and using the same to develop plans that support achievement of sales targets Co-ordinate across multiple departments – sales, marketing, finance etc. towards seamless planning and execution Your Profile Successful track record of working in any General Trade, Modern Trade and S&CM. Business Administration/Sales/Marketing Degree/Diploma from an accredited university A minimum of 10 years sales experience with a leading FMCG company.
