Role Overview:
We are seeking an HR Coordinator to act as the key link between Plant Leadership, Corporate Office, and HR Consultants. This role involves tracking goals, generating MIS reports, coordinating with teams, and ensuring smooth implementation of HR strategies across locations.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Coordinate with plant & corporate teams to capture and track goals✔ Collect, organize & analyse data for daily/weekly/monthly reporting✔ Prepare and present MIS reports for review meetings✔ Support HR projects – training, onboarding, compliance & engagement✔ Maintain employee records and ensure timely follow-ups✔ Work closely with HR Consultant & Top Management for execution
Requirements:
2+ years of HR coordination experience (manufacturing/industrial setting preferred)Strong reporting, MIS & data management skillsExcellent communication & interpersonal skillsProficient in Excel, PowerPoint & HR reporting tools
