Role & responsibilities: As an HR Intern/Coordinator at Nirvaa Solutions Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment and hiring process. This is a great opportunity for freshers and individuals pursuing or having completed any undergraduate or postgraduate degree to gain practical experience in HR. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing and screening candidates. Conduct initial phone interviews and schedule further interviews with the hiring team. Maintain candidate databases and track hiring metrics. Support the HR team with various administrative tasks. To take follow ups on joining documents, id card issuance, tools, safety shoes etc. Ensure the closure of at least 3 positions per month to qualify for the stipend. Requirements: Education: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree. Experience: Freshers can apply. Skills: Strong communication skills. Basic/ Good knowledge of recruitment processes. Proficient in using a laptop for work-related tasks. Equipment: Must have your own laptop
