Our platform helps legal teams save 10 hours a week and close deals 25% faster—because time is money, and contracts shouldn’t slow you down.What You’ll Do
  • Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordination
  • Candidate Management: Schedule interviews (virtual/in-person), manage candidate pipelines in ATS for data accuracy, and handle all candidate communications (confirmations, follow-ups, declines). Assist with onboarding logistics.
  • Recruitment Support: Post job requisitions, coordinate with agencies, provide administrative support, and generate recruitment reports.
  • Operations Coordination
  • HRMS & System Administration (Darwinbox): Administer Darwinbox for employee data, onboarding/offboarding, ensuring data integrity and compliance. Provide first-line support and generate reports.
  • Collaboration & Communication Tools: Optimize Google Workspace for communication, document management, and scheduling. Manage project boards and workflows in Trello for task tracking. Leverage Slack for efficient team communication.
  • General Operations Support: Coordinate company meetings, events, and training. Support cross-functional operational tasks and document procedures.
What we’re looking for
  • Experience: 2+ years in a coordination role within a B2B SaaS environment is mandatory.
  • Essential Tool Proficiency: Demonstrable expertise with:
    • Darwinbox: Deep understanding of HR processes and administrative functions.
    • Google Workspace: Strong proficiency (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
    • Slack: Experience with channel management and effective team communication.
    • Trello: Proven ability to manage projects, tasks, and workflows.
