Role Overview: As a Talent Strategy Manager, your primary responsibility will be to design and implement initiatives that drive revenue growth and profitability by strategically managing talent and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. You will play a crucial role in coaching managers to build a high-performance culture, develop high-potential talent, implement engagement strategies, and handle conflicts. Additionally, you will lead transformation projects and change management initiatives to ensure seamless transitions and minimize disruption within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement initiatives to drive revenue growth and profitability through talent management strategies - Coach managers to build a high-performance culture and develop high-potential talent - Lead change management initiatives to ensure seamless transitions and minimize disruptions - Guide VBU managers in addressing challenges by developing and executing strategies to reinforce values and behaviors - Analyze data to identify trends, diagnose problems, and enhance employee engagement - Identify training and development needs and coordinate with the Learning & Development team to organize relevant programs - Review critical HR metrics periodically and implement strategies to promote business growth - Collaborate with HR CoEs and other functions to design and implement effective processes within the VBU - Train, mentor, and guide team members to promote capability development and collaboration Qualifications Required: - Masters or MBA in HR or related stream (required) - Professional HR certifications (preferred) Additional Company Details: N/A,
