HR Business Partner

Role Overview: As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the Hyderabad region at Maxivision Eye Hospitals, covering 12-15 centers, your primary role is to serve as a strategic partner to business leaders. You will align HR strategies with the business goals of the eye care centers, ensuring operational HR excellence while overseeing core HR functions such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and people development. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with regional leadership and center managers to develop and implement HR strategies in line with business objectives. - Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles, ensuring workforce planning and timely closures of open positions. - Drive employee engagement initiatives, conduct feedback sessions, and work on retention strategies to reduce attrition. - Implement and monitor the performance appraisal process, support in goal setting, and contribute to succession planning. - Ensure compliance with HR-related statutory requirements, maintain accurate employee records, and handle audits and inspections. - Identify training needs, coordinate or deliver training sessions, and support organizational capability-building initiatives. - Track and report key HR metrics, present monthly HR dashboards, and provide actionable insights. Qualification Required: - MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent - 5-8 years of experience (healthcare experience preferred) - Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management - Ability to travel extensively across Hyderabad centers - Excellent knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance - Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and HR systems - Empathetic yet firm decision-making skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-location healthcare environment Please note that the work schedule for this role is full-time, with a 6-day working week as per hospital policy, including travel to all centers in the Hyderabad region as per roster/need.
