Key responsibilities: Development and implementation of corporate structures and processes in close collaboration with the GCC Head for the establishment of our new IT and Digitalization HUB in Hyderabad Building and fostering a positive corporate culture in close cooperation with the GCC Head Development and execution of strategies to build an employer brand aimed at attracting and retaining talent Responsibility for a successful recruitment process to hire new team members for the new business unit, as well as managing external service providers in the HR environment Ongoing support and development of employees and leadership personnel Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies, as well as aligning local HR regulations with global HR standards Proactive support of the IT and Digitalization HUB setup through strategic HR initiatives in close collaboration with Global HR, taking into account the strategic direction of the headquarters Acting as a key liaison between employees, Corporate/Global HR, and external partners while managing administrative responsibilities related to the employee lifecycle and employee benefits. Being the first point of contact for all HR-related queries, requests, and concerns within the GCC, including policy clarification, benefits, payroll, and employee relations. As a First-level SAP Security/Authorization support consultant at Multivac Technology Solutions India Private Ltd, your role will involve handling incoming support requests through various channels like phone calls, email, or ticketing systems. You will be responsible for determining the nature and priority of the issues and resolving/routes for resolution of tickets. Key Responsibilities: - Provide 1st level support via telephone and ticket for SAP authorization-related queries and access issues. - Receive, verify, and process user access request tickets in line with company policies and compliance requirements. - Perform basic troubleshooting for user access issues such as missing roles and incorrect authorizations. - Assist with password resets, user lock/unlock issues, and user ID management within SAP systems. - Use transaction codes like SU53 and ST01 for preliminary analysis of access problems. - Communicate clearly with users to gather required information and provide timely updates. - Escalate complex or unresolved authorization issues to second-level support or SAP security team. - Maintain up-to-date records of access requests, issue resolutions, and FAQs to support knowledge base development. - Assist in ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements by following authorization procedures. Qualifications Required: - Engineering Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 02 years of experience in SAP. - Good knowledge of SAP security/Authorizations within S4/HANA, FIORI, SAP C4 & FSM, SuccessFactors. - Enjoyment of customer-and-service-oriented work. - Good communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in teams.
