Job Description

As an HR Business Partner at Koch Engineered Solutions, India, your primary role will involve applying business knowledge, PBM (Principled Based Management) philosophy, talent management, and economic thinking to serve as a strategic partner for plant leaders and supervisors. Your focus will be on driving competitiveness in the effectiveness and efficiency of operations at the Savli manufacturing team. The Savli plant plays a critical role in the global operating footprint, offering you strong visibility and the opportunity to create value for the global business. This position will provide you with global exposure and growth opportunities as part of the global HR capability group. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining collaborative working relationships, improving business performance and organizational capabilities, enhancing supervisor capability in areas such as performance management and employee development, designing and executing talent strategies, leading employee and union relations, partnering with the recruiting capability group, understanding key business performance drivers, driving innovation in HR functions, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. The ideal candidate for this role should have a Master's degree in human resource management or an MBA in HR, along with at least 8 years of experience in the HR manufacturing domain. You should possess experience in establishing and maintaining strong partnerships within a business environment, improving supervisor performance, executing strategies to support business objectives, embracing and driving transformation, and have experience in the engineering or manufacturing sector. Proficiency in the Gujarati language, including reading, writing, and speaking, is mandatory for this position. Preferred qualifications include demonstrated capability as an HR Business Partner, foundational knowledge of Labor and Employment law, experience working in a Union represented operation, and the ability to optimize risk through performance management processes.
