What You Will Do

• Communication Skill: Introduction to Communication Skills, and its importance Principles of Effective communication
• IT Literacy: Basics of Computer: Introduction, Computer and its applications, Hardware and peripherals,
• Computer Operating System: Basics of Operating System, WINDOWS, Use of Common applications like MS Office, etc.
• Word processing and Worksheet: Basic operating of Word Processing, Printing document.
• Basics of Excel worksheet, understanding basic commands, creating simple worksheets, understanding sample worksheets, use of simple formulas and functions, Printing of simple excel sheets.
• Introduction to Sales & Estimation tools used by Organization.rincipled Entrepreneurship: Participate in training programs and workshops to develop \professional skills, fostering a mindset of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to support project goals and objectives, promoting mutual benefit and respect.
• Integrity: Conduct research and analysis to support projects, ensuring accuracy and ethical standards.
• Transformation: Prepare technical documentation and reports, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and embracing change.

• Safety: - its importance, classification, personal, general, workshop and job safety. Occupational health and safety.
• Basic injury prevention, Basic first aid, Hazard identification and avoidance, safety signs for Danger, Warning, caution & personal safety message.
• Importance of housekeeping & good shop floor practices.
