Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) Experience: 4–8 Years Location: Gurgaon (Amantya Office) Department: Human Resources Reports to: HR Manager / Senior HRBP Job Summary: Amantya Technologies is looking for a dynamic and driven HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 4–8 years of experience to join our HR team. The HRBP will act as a key liaison between the HR department and business units, supporting day-to-day HR operations and helping drive strategic people initiatives. This role is ideal for a professional from an IT/product-based environment who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting and is passionate about employee engagement, performance management, and business alignment. Key Responsibilities: Partner with business teams to understand operational goals and align HR support accordingly. Support talent acquisition efforts in coordination with recruitment teams, ensuring timely and quality hires. Assist in driving performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and feedback mechanisms. Help address employee queries, grievances, and concerns with empathy and prompt action. Work closely with the HR team to deliver initiatives around learning & development, employee engagement, and retention. Facilitate onboarding and ensure a smooth assimilation of new employees into the organization. Collaborate on employee communication strategies to ensure clarity and transparency. Provide data-driven insights using HR metrics and dashboards to support business decisions. Ensure HR processes and documentation comply with legal and internal policies. Maintain strong relationships with employees and act as a culture ambassador within business units. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred). 4–8 years of relevant HRBP/generalist experience, ideally in an IT or product-based company. Sound understanding of core HR functions including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and problem-solving ability. Preferred Attributes: Proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach. Experience with HR tools and HRIS platforms. Exposure to scaling HR processes in growing tech organizations. Ability to influence without authority and build trust across levels.
