As an HR & Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing human resources functions and driving business development initiatives. Your responsibilities will be divided between HR tasks and business development activities, with a focus on maintaining employee engagement and pursuing new business opportunities. **Role Overview:** In the HR domain, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, updating HR documentation, assisting in policy development, organizing training programs, and addressing employee queries and grievances. On the business development front, you will identify new opportunities, nurture client relationships, present proposals, collaborate with internal teams, and monitor market trends to refine strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and assist in policy development. - Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and resolve HR-related queries and grievances. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation. - Build and maintain strong client relationships, present proposals, and collaborate with internal teams. - Monitor market trends, refine business strategies, and attend industry events and client meetings. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. - 3 years of experience in HR, business development, or a similar dual-role. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRMS/ATS tools is a plus. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently. As a preferred skill, having some experience in recruitment and client-facing roles, knowledge of staffing and recruitment industry trends, and a sales-driven mindset with a human-centric approach would be advantageous in excelling in this role.
