HR & Business Development Executive

You will be joining Syscon Energy Conservation Solutions Pvt Ltd as an HR & Business Development professional in Baner, Pune. As a part of our team, your role will include the following responsibilities: - Processing monthly attendance & salary - Coordinating with PF consultant - Maintaining leave records - Preparing various HR letters as required - Managing end-to-end Recruitment process including job postings, screenings, scheduling interviews & onboarding - Conducting joining formalities & induction for new employees - Updating and maintaining HR policies for all employees - Keeping track of office stationery, placing orders, and coordinating other office admin work - Conducting market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities - Coordinating meetings, calls, and follow-ups with prospects and partners - Collaborating with marketing and product teams for messaging and client outreach - Participating in events, trade shows, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Proficiency in Computer Knowledge and MS Office - Good Communication Skills - Strong Follow-up Skills - Ability to multitask effectively Additionally, the company prefers female candidates with a B.Com/B.A. qualification and 2-4 years of experience in HR and Administration. The salary range for this position is Rs. 20,000/- to 35,000/-.
