Service Coordinator

Job Description

• Co-ordinating with customers and internal team for AMC support and after sales service.
• Co-ordinating with customers and internal team for Battery requirement.
• Preparing and sending offers/quotations for AMC, battery as required.
• Follow-up on offers/quotations sent.
• Making Order Execution Forms (OEF) against Purchase Order received.
• Follow-up with customers for due payments
• Co-ordinating with Vertiv team for AMC support.
• Preparing and sending daily/monthly reports as and when required by management
• Co-ordinating with Service Engineers for customer inquiries and requirements.
