Job Description:

• Rly products RM handling,
• 5 - 8 years in industrial/after sales service support experience,
• customer relation building ability,
• Maintaining Jira Tickets,
• Coordination with Engineers on a daily basis till the project is completed
• AMC Tender monitoring
• AMC / Royalty billing
• Timely AMC actions
• Preparation of AMC quotation

Job requirements:

1. Graduate from any stream (Technical Prefered- BE, Diploma- Electronic, Electrical, mechanical, Automation)

2. Advanced verbal and communication skills

3. Experience of business generation via AMC, spares, services

Experience of working with technical teams to resolve customer issues

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
