Role Overview: The Sales Executive cum Accountant is a dual-role position responsible for driving sales growth and managing financial operations. This role combines customer-facing sales activities with backend accounting tasks to ensure seamless business operations. Key Responsibilities:Sales & Customer Engagement: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Present and demonstrate products/services effectively to potential clients. Negotiate terms and close sales deals. Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business. Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives. Accounting & Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers. Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions. Prepare financial statements and reports. Assist in budgeting and forecasting. Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash. Support payroll processing and employee expense reports. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement. Location: Field-based across Gujarat (Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Rajkot, Surat, Vapi, etc.) Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Service Engineer to oversee the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our products across the entire Gujarat region . This is a field-based role that involves regular travel to customer sites and coordination with the central service/support teams. Key Responsibilities: Install, test, and commission products . Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for industrial control and automation equipment. Troubleshoot on-site technical issues and provide timely resolutions. Provide remote and in-person technical support to clients and partners. Prepare service reports, feedback forms, and documentation for each service call. Conduct product demos and training sessions for end-users and system integrators. Coordinate with the internal service, R&D, and product teams for escalated issues. Maintain service tools, inventory of spare parts, and test equipment. Ensure service activities meet quality and safety standards. Build and maintain positive customer relationships through prompt support and technical excellence.
