Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Service Scheduling & System Entry:
  • Prepare engineer schedules for solar-related service calls.
  • Enter the service schedule into the system or service portal.
  • Keep the service status and progress updated in the system.
  • Customer Coordination:
  • Handle customer inquiries related to solar service.
  • Confirm service visit timing and maintain proper coordination.
  • Collect customer feedback and report it accordingly.
  • Technical Support:
  • Assist in basic solar system inspection and troubleshooting at sites (if required).
  • Provide field support to service engineers when needed.
  • Service Portal Management:
  • Update service records, job cards, and engineer visit details in the system.
  • Regularly track pending and completed service jobs.
  • Reporting:
  • Submit daily and weekly service schedules and status reports to the Service Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
