Service Coordinator

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while working with US Clients. As part of the team at IT By Design, you will exhibit outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities, prioritize calls/emails, and demonstrate sound judgment and critical thinking. Your role will require you to have strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in English (oral and written), and the ability to work well under pressure. Additionally, you will coordinate schedules effectively, assess situations, and prioritize calls according to urgency and importance. Key Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to US Clients. - Display outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities. - Prioritize calls and emails based on urgency and importance. - Demonstrate sound judgment and critical thinking in decision-making. - Coordinate schedules effectively. - Assess situations and prioritize calls accordingly. - Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and customer orientation. - Proficient in English (oral and written). - Ability to work well under pressure. Qualifications Required: - Graduate in any stream, preferably with knowledge of Computer Science or a related field. - Excellent communication skills. - Active listener with strong interpersonal skills. - Prioritization skills in managing calls/emails. - Experience working with US Clients is an added advantage. - Ability to think creatively and analytically. - Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities. - Ability to work well under pressure.
