SERVICE Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process SERVICE orders promptly and accurately.
  • Coordinate with SERVICE teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
  • Create and manage customer codes while maintaining accurate documentation in ERP systems.
  • Generate daily SERVICE reports, invoices, ledger balances, and credit limit details for the SERVICE team.
  • Handle customer orders, approvals, and shipping processes, ensuring compliance with GST and other regulations.
  • Oversee team coordination in order approval flow and product delivery.

Skills Required:

  • Strong coordination and communication skills (Hindi speaking mandatory).
  • Proficiency in ERP systems with a keen eye for data accuracy and detail.
  • Effective time management skills to handle tight deadlines.
