Job Description

  • Schedule service calls, maintenance, and installations
  • Assign jobs to technicians and track their progress
  • Receive service requests and complaints from customers
  • Keep customers informed about service status, timelines, and updates
  • Create, update, and close service tickets or work orders
  • Ensure accurate documentation in the service/CRM system
  • Act as a link between service engineers, sales, and support teams
  • Ensure technicians have required tools, parts, and information
  • Monitor service performance and adherence to SLAs
  • Ensure company policies and safety standards are followed
  • Prepare service reports, job completion summaries, and performance metrics
  • Maintain service records, contracts, and warranty details
  • Track spare parts usage and availability
  • Coordinate with stores or procurement for replenishment
  • Escalate unresolved service issues to management
  • Help resolve customer complaints efficiently to improve satisfaction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,746.05 - ₹26,211.57 per month
