HR & Business Development Executive

You will be joining Syscon Energy Conservation Solutions Pvt Ltd as an HR & Business Development professional. Syscon Energy is the Authorised Business Partner of Vertiv Energy (Formerly known as Emerson Network Power) and is dedicated to offering products & solutions that cater to the requirements of its customers. Your primary responsibilities will include processing monthly attendance & salary, coordinating with the PF consultant, maintaining leave records, preparing HR letters as needed, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process which involves job postings, screenings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting induction for new joiners, updating HR policies, managing office stationery, and assisting with other administrative tasks. Furthermore, you will be expected to conduct market research to identify potential clients, monitor industry trends and competitor activities, schedule meetings and calls with prospects and partners, collaborate with marketing and product teams, participate in events and trade shows, and support brand visibility efforts. The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in B. Com / B.A., proficiency in Computer Knowledge & MS Office, and 2-4 years of experience in HR and Admin roles. Female candidates are preferred for this role. Key skills required for this position include computer knowledge, proficiency in MS Office, good communication skills, strong follow-up skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. This is a full-time and permanent position with a salary range of Rs. 20,000/- to 35,000/-. The company is located in Baner, Pune. Benefits include Provident Fund, and the work schedule is during day shifts.
