HR Associate

As a key member of the HR team at Seven Eleven Education Society, your primary responsibility will be to support various HR functions in a professional and efficient manner. Your role will involve a wide range of tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, employee relations, compliance, training and development, and general HR administration. - Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. - Prepare and distribute offer letters and employment contracts. - Conduct onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation and training sessions. - Manage personnel files and HR databases while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive employee information. - Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters. - Address employee relations issues such as conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. - Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. - Stay informed about changes in HR policies and procedures. - Assist in planning and delivering employee training programs. - Maintain training records and materials. - Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
