Job Summary:

The Junior HR Associate will support the HR department in executing day-to-day HR

operations and recruitment activities. This role involves assisting in talent acquisition, on

boarding, documentation, employee engagement, and maintaining HR records to ensure

smooth and efficient HR processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, scheduling

interviews, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.

2. Support on boarding activities — document verification, induction coordination, and

employee profile creation.

3. Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and ensure data accuracy.

4. Coordinate and support employee engagement activities and HR communication

initiatives.

5. Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, or payroll in

coordination with senior HR members.

6. Prepare and maintain HR-related reports, trackers, and dashboards as required.

7. Support HR compliance activities such as background verification, policy

documentation, and statutory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

 0–2 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.

 Good understanding of HR processes and employment lifecycle.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., GreytHR, Zoho People, etc.).

 Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive approach to work.
