HR Assistant

We are seeking an experienced HR Professional to manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. The role will support workforce planning for engineering projects, ensuring alignment with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (e.g., welders, supervisors) and non-technical staff.
• Coordinate with project teams to forecast hiring needs.
• Conduct interviews, background checks, and onboarding for new hires.

2. Employee Relations & Compliance:

• Address grievances and resolve conflicts in line with labour laws.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, IBR, Factory Act, etc.).
• Maintain HR records and audit readiness.

3. Payroll & Benefits Administration:

• Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
• Administer employee benefits (insurance, bonuses, allowances).

4. Policy Development & Culture Building:

• Draft and update HR policies (attendance, code of conduct, safety).
• Foster a positive work environment through engagement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• BBA & MBA or equivalent degree/diploma.
• 1–3 years of HR experience (preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial services).
• Knowledge of labor laws (Contract Labour Act, Minimum Wages Act, etc.).

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle confidential data with discretion.
• Problem-solving attitude and adaptability to site/office environments.

Preferred Certifications

• Labor Law Certification

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
