Position: HR Assistant (Female Only)Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily HR operations including maintaining attendance, tracking leave and permissions, preparing employee reports, and filing records.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities – documentation, induction, clearance.
• Help implement and monitor HR policies, code of conduct, and discipline in the restaurant & sweet shop environment.
• Manage basic payroll inputs like attendance/OT data in coordination with accounts.
• Handle employee queries, concerns, and small grievances in a supportive, confidential manner.
• Support the HR head with employee engagement activities, training coordination, and welfare programs.
• Maintain proper records of staff staying in staff accommodations (Anna Nagar) and handle simple inventory like issue/return of beds, uniforms, etc.

Requirements:

• Gender: Female (as per internal staffing needs for better gender balance & comfort for staff lodging support roles)
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR/admin roles preferred .
• Basic knowledge of HR processes, documentation, attendance tracking.
• Good communication & coordination skills in Tamil and basic English.
• Should be willing to work from the restaurant office environment, interacting with staff from multiple departments (kitchen, service, housekeeping, accounts).

Work Details:

• Full-time role, 9.5 hrs of work (Including Lunch and Break)
• Location: Annapoorna Mithai (Bypass Road )

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
