South Indian Cook Wanted! Join our team and bring the authentic flavors of South India to life! We are looking for a skilled South Indian Cook to prepare traditional, delicious meals, including a variety of rice dishes that capture the essence of South Indian cuisine. Responsibilities: Prepare a variety of South Indian dishes and different types of variety rice . Ensure all meals are cooked to the highest standards of taste, quality, and presentation. Follow recipes accurately and adjust ingredients to meet customer preferences. Keep the kitchen clean and organized, following health and safety guidelines. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth meal preparation. Assist with menu planning and inventory management. Requirements: Proven experience in preparing variety rice and other traditional South Indian recipes. Experience in cooking traditional South Indian meals. Knowledge of South Indian spices, rice, lentils, and cooking techniques. Ability to use traditional South Indian kitchen equipment. Strong focus on cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene. Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen. Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
