Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a South Indian Chef, based in Dimapur. The South Indian Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of South Indian dishes, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, and ensuring food safety and hygiene practices. The Chef will also be involved in managing kitchen operations, including inventory management, and working collaboratively with the kitchen staff to deliver an excellent dining experience.

Qualifications

• Expertise in preparing and cooking South Indian dishes
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Experience in kitchen operations and inventory management
• Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail in food presentation
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in the food retail or restaurant industry is a plus
• Certification or degree in culinary arts or a related field is preferred
