South Indian chef

We are looking for a skilled South Indian Chef (male) with strong expertise in authentic South Indian cuisine. The candidate should have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining consistency, taste, and quality at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes like Variety Dosas and as per Menu
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Manage food preparation within set timelines, especially during peak hours.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with the purchase team for timely stock replenishment.

Requirements:

• Male candidate with 3–5 years of experience in South Indian cuisine.
• Preferably from Mumbai location or nearby areas.
• Ability to handle high-volume kitchen operations.
• Strong knowledge of traditional South Indian recipes and cooking methods.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible timings.
