Job Title: Cashier – Accounts Department Company: Annapoorna Mithai Department: Accounts Reports To: Accounts Assistant Location: Kalavasal Bypass Job Type: [Full-Time] Salary: Will be discussed during the interview, based on experience Job Summary: Annapoorna Mithai is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to join our Accounts Department . The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting accounting operations. This role requires the ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Process daily cash and card transactions accurately Maintain updated records of transactions and accounts Assist the Accounts Assistant in preparing daily cash reports Reconcile cash balances and report discrepancies Perform basic data entry related to sales and expenses Follow company financial procedures and policies Support the accounts team with administrative tasks Handle customer inquiries related to payments or receipts professionally Work effectively under pressure, especially during peak business hours and festivals Qualifications & Skills: Minimum qualification: 12th pass; a degree or diploma in commerce is a plus Prior experience as a cashier or in accounts is preferred Basic knowledge of accounting principles Strong numerical and organizational skills Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure Familiarity with billing or accounting software is an advantage Good communication skills and a positive attitude Working Conditions: Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Food provided Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 20/05/2025 Expected Start Date: 20/05/2025
