Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Apprentice to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Coordinate employee onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration into the organization.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
Support performance management systems by tracking employee progress and providing feedback.
Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement training programs for employees.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of human resources principles and practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
