Key Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including updating procedures and designing new recruiting strategies.
Supervise and mentor the recruiting team, report on performance, and manage workload distribution.
Collaborate with hiring managers to assess talent needs, advise on best hiring practices, and forecast future hiring demands.
Manage job postings, candidate sourcing (including social media and professional networks), screening, interviews, and selection.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, diversity and inclusion standards, and internal recruitment policies.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to improve processes.
Maintain a talent pipeline and network for current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate and enhance employer branding initiatives and candidate experience.
Administer onboarding, HR policies, performance appraisal systems, and coordinate employee relations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5-10 years of recruitment experience, ideally with managerial responsibility.
Proven leadership ability, team management, and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and recruitment platforms.
In-depth knowledge of labor legislation, hiring trends, and employment policies.
Proficiency in modern sourcing strategies, networking, and talent assessment methods.
Strong decision-making, organizational, and mentoring skills.
