Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Nagpur. The Production Manager will oversee and coordinate the manufacturing operations, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. Daily tasks include managing production schedules, supervising staff, maintaining quality control, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Production Manager will also be responsible for troubleshooting production issues and optimizing workflow to achieve production targets.

• Experience in production management, manufacturing processes, and workflow optimization
• Strong skills in team management, staff supervision, and training
• Quality control, safety regulations, and compliance experience
• Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the cabinetry or furniture manufacturing industry is a plus
