As the Assistant Factory Manager cum IMOS Designer for a Modular furniture factory specializing in Kitchens and Wardrobes, your role will encompass a diverse set of responsibilities and technical requirements. Your technical expertise should include a complete understanding of IMOS2023 or later versions. You will be tasked with creating precise SAW and CNC drawings, as well as drilling data. Additionally, configuring Construction Rules for all types of Modular Cabinets (Frame) and managing the Hardware Library (including Hafele, Blum, Hettich, and Local brands) are key aspects of the role. Furthermore, you will be responsible for IMOS Library Development and creating a customizable Design Library within IMOS. An essential part of your role will be to ensure the thorough inspection of production drawings for technical errors. You will also play a crucial role in factory production planning and control, aiming to minimize errors, defects, and wastage. Operating CNC and other Automatic Machines from Homag/Biesse, as well as knowledge of Manual Carpentry and Modular Assembly, will be vital skills in this position. CAM Data generation for Production, output BOM (Material and Hardware), designing Shutter types such as 5Element Shutter, Shaker Shutter, and Profile Shutter, and effective Team Management are among the key responsibilities. Moreover, you will be involved in Raw Material Requirement calculations and Inventory Management to ensure smooth operations within the factory.
