We are looking for a proactive HR & Finance Executive to manage our people operations and financial activities in a fast-paced digital marketing environment. This role involves handling employee recruitment, payroll, and engagement, while also overseeing accounting, compliance, and client/vendor financial management. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with creative teams, freelancers, and clients in a dynamic digital-first workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR):
Manage full-cycle recruitment for digital marketing roles (SEO, Social Media, Designers,
Copywriters, Ad Managers, etc.).
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
Administer payroll, leave management, and attendance systems.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Support performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and exit formalities.
Finance:
Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable.
Prepare and process monthly payroll in coordination with HR.
Maintain accurate financial records, vouchers, and ledgers.
Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and expense monitoring.
Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, income tax, etc.).
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and consultants.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
2–5 years of experience in HR, Finance, or combined roles.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll systems, and accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software (Tally/ERP), zoho books and HRMS tools.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Key Competencies
Interpreting HR and financial data for insights.
Ensuring accuracy in payroll, taxation, and compliance filings.
Clear communication with employees, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
Resolving compliance issues, disputes, and financial mismatches.
Managing payroll deadlines, compliance dates, and financial reporting.
Handling dual HR & Finance responsibilities in dynamic business environments.
Working with leadership, employees, and consultants effectively.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
