HR and Finance Executive

You will play a crucial role at Trek Panda, a Pune-based trekking organization dedicated to promoting green and eco-friendly travel since 2017. Your primary responsibilities will include attracting top talent, fostering a positive work environment, and contributing to the financial aspects of the company. Given the small team size, you will be involved in both HR activities and finance-related tasks. To excel in this position, you should possess 1-2 years of experience in HR and demonstrate proficiency in HR Management, HR Operations, Employee Relations, and HR Policies. Your expertise in managing HR functions, policy implementation, and utilizing job posting platforms will be essential. Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and attention to detail skills are highly valued. The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively is crucial, coupled with a willingness to learn software like Tally. If you have prior experience in the travel industry, it will be considered a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required for this role. The position demands full-time availability at our Pune office.
