Job Description

Core HR Knowledge:

  • HR policy drafting & implementation
  • Recruitment coordination & onboarding support
  • Payroll processing basics (attendance, leave, deductions)
  • Statutory compliance knowledge

    PF, ESI, LWF, Gratuity

  • Handling

    HR & government complaints

    and documentation

HR Operations & Administration:

  • Maintaining employee records & HR database management
  • Assisting in HR audits and compliance checks
  • Office administration housekeeping, vendor coordination, stationery & asset tracking
  • Coordinating meetings, travel, and internal communications

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent verbal & written communication (English & Tamil preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and organized
  • Positive attitude and ability to multitask

Preferred Tools & Systems:

  • HRMS / Payroll software (HR-MetricS or similar systems)
  • MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Basic knowledge of online compliance portals (EPFO, ESIC, etc.)
