HR Advisor

As an HR Advisor (Contract) at our company in Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law compliance. You will be the first point of contact for HR-related queries and will support employee relations cases, recruitment efforts, onboarding, offboarding, and performance management processes. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced tech environment will be key in ensuring HR best practices across the employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and managers. - Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law compliance. - Support and advise on employee relations cases (attendance, grievances, conduct, etc.). - Coordinate recruitment efforts and advise on sourcing strategies and candidate fit. - Oversee smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive employee experience. - Assist with performance management processes, including documentation and follow-ups. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, contracts, and reports. - Support implementation of HR initiatives such as engagement activities, training, and compliance tracking. - Collaborate closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives. Qualifications: - Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. - Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an advisory or generalist capacity. - Strong understanding of HR operations, policies, and Indian labor regulations. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative approach. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is an advantage. - High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling confidential information.
